Clearcast launches training on International Ad
Regulation

After winning gold for its CPD Certified training programme at the 2013 EASA Awards in Milan, Clearcast has announced it will run a new course in London this October focussing on global advertising compliance.

Following regular enquiries from advertisers and agencies about the likelihood of their ad running in other countries, Clearcast, who pre-clears ads for UK broadcasters, have developed a training course to de-mystify advertising regulation in Europe and America.

Clearcast undertook market research to identify which countries agencies and advertisers were most interested in and these were identified as France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and America.

To ensure delegates receive the latest guidance direct from the experts, Clearcast will fly in speakers from each country to deliver training and answer delegate questions. Delegates will also be able to book appointments with the speakers to ask sector specific questions on a one-to-one basis.

The course is designed to help agencies working with global clients and advertisers working on global campaigns. It also will be useful for anyone wanting a greater understanding of international regulations.

Michael Haydon, Training Manager at Clearcast says: “We are really excited about the upcoming International training sessions as we know they’ll make a huge difference to any agency or advertiser taking their ad overseas. The course will help them to save time and money by avoiding reversions further down the line.”

Clearcast’s training programme has been going from strength to strength over the last 12 months, receiving on-going positive feedback from agency, advertiser and broadcaster delegates, as well as the recent accolade of Gold at the EASA’s best practice awards.
